This hotel's location is great, being very near the city center. The rooms are spacious and very cleanly, with some good facilities like water dispensers on each floor. The service here is excellent, with staff who are very attentive and helpful. Breakfast here is a treat, with plenty of options to choose from.
The hotel would benefit from having tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.

The breakfast buffet was amazing and had a variety of options to choose from. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, which made it easy to visit all the main attractions. Plus, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Another advantage of this hotel was the comfortable bed in my room, which allowed me to have a great rest after a long day of exploring.
The elevator was not working during my stay, which was a bummer because my room was on the highest floor. , on Christmas Eve, the hotel had a party and the music was extremely loud and could be heard from my room.

I particularly liked the rich breakfast, which offered delicious options such as fresh pastries and fruits. the spacious and well-equipped rooms were cozy and provided a comfortable ambiance.
Although my Christmas stay was great, there were some minor inconveniences. the elevator was out of order, which made my transportation to the top floors quite a challenge.
